SALON POLICY
YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
We are more than happy to adjust any dissatisfaction. The service must be a mistake from the nail technician, not something you might have changed your mind after the service has been performed. It does not include a change in service or color. Corrective services will not be allowed 10 days past initial service date.
All services are non refundable.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to:

Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or other clients.

Anyone who are not able to help themselves to the service stations (i.e., manicure tables, pedicure chairs) or have certain chronic health condition that we do not feel safe to perform the desired service.

Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.

Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. We make every effort to start your service at the time of your appointment but due to various circumstances it is sometimes difficult to be punctual. Because every client requires a different amount of attentions and at times, clients change or add services. We do our best to accommodate each and every client we serve.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request that you contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
GEL POLISH (NO-CHIP) & DIP NAILS
The word No-Chip is a marketing term someone created to sell a service many years ago. The product used for this service is a gel polish that must be cured under a light. The gel polish is not designed so it won’t chip. It was designed to stay on the nail better than traditional nail polishes.
Manufacturers of gel polishes does not guarantee that their products won’t chip. They say it’ll last UP to 14 days. Although we're not guaranteeing that the service will last for weeks, we will fix any chipping up to 10 days. Excludes nail breakage.
CHILDREN
In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, children under the age of 12 are only permitted in the salon if they are being seen by one of our nail technicians. While this policy helps to ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
PETS
Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology have specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals”.
CELL PHONES
We kindly ask that if you need to make a phone call please step outside. If you need to take an important phone call, please let us know in advance before your service. Keep in mind this may cut into your service time. We also ask that while your nail technician is working with you, you do not use your cell phone. It makes it difficult for them to do their job up to the standards. Thank you!
PERSONAL ITEMS
We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
